Can I make changes to my subscription?
Of course! You are able to make changes up until 5 days before your scheduled delivery date by clicking on Settings. Here, you can change your plan preference, box size, or cancel your subscription.
If you need to pause your subscription, you can do so up until 5 days before your scheduled delivery date. Go to My Menu on the website or Deliveries in the app, choose the date then select Skip.
Do you offer any nutritional support?
Yes, we offer free nutrition coaching and a free 1:1 session even if you're not a customer and considering subscribing.
Can I customize my meals?
Yes! You can fully customize your meals to fit your needs. With over customizable recipe options weekly, you can upgrade or swap proteins in any dish featuring chicken, salmon, or beef for a premium protein. You can also add proteins to some vegan and veggie meals, double your vegetables, or increase your protein intake to up to 50 grams per serving. Whether you’re accommodating guests, preparing for a busy week, or simply tailoring meals to your taste, personalizing your order is quick and easy.
When will I receive my box?
Green Chef is a flexible weekly subscription service. After signing up, you can select your preferred day-of-week delivery. You can always change your delivery day in your account if you need to.

What if I'm not home to receive my delivery?
If you’re planning to be out of town or don’t feel like cooking, you can always change the delivery date for your Green Chef delivery or pause your subscription until you’re ready to come back. Just let us know ahead of time by logging into your account, where you can make adjustments with just a few clicks.
